1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the rights and obligations of the buyer and seller, as well as the terms and conditions governing the purchase, payment, delivery, return, and other aspects of the transaction.

1.4. Buyer – a natural or legal person purchasing goods in the online store.
1.5. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.
2. Products
2.1. The store sells a physical product: vinyl records.
2.2. Products may be sold in Lithuania and other European Union countries.
2.3. The seller reserves the right to change the product range at any time.
3. Placing an Order
3.1. The buyer selects a product and places an order in the online store.
3.2. The order is considered confirmed once the buyer has successfully completed payment.
3.3. The seller confirms the order upon receipt of payment.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment for goods is made via the Paysera payment system.
4.2. Orders are processed only after payment has been received.
4.3. Invoices are issued manually after payment confirmation and sent to the buyer.
5. Delivery
5.1. Products are delivered in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and other EU countries.
5.2. Delivery methods:
- In Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia – via parcel lockers
- In EU countries – via postal services
5.3. Delivery prices: - Lithuania – €2.60
- Latvia – 5 euros
- Estonia – €7.50
- EU countries – 10 EUR
5.4. In Lithuania, the item can be picked up at the concert – in this case, delivery is free.
5.5. The order is shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
5.6. The seller is not liable for delivery delays if they are caused by third parties (e.g., couriers or the postal service).
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. The buyer has the right to cancel the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason (in accordance with EU law).
6.2. The returned goods must be:
- unused
- undamaged
- in its original packaging
6.3. The buyer covers the costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the item is defective.
6.4. The seller will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
6.5. If the vinyl record has been unpacked and used, the Seller may refuse to accept the return if the item has lost its value.
6.6. Defective items will be replaced or refunded.
7. Liability
7.1. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information.
7.2. The Seller is not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate information provided.
7.3. The Seller is not liable for the actions of third parties (e.g., disruptions in payment or delivery systems).
8. Protection of Personal Data
8.1. The Seller collects the following data: first name, last name, address, email address.
8.2. The data is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
8.3. The website uses cookies that are necessary for the website to function.
8.4. The Seller does not use Google Analytics or advertising tracking tools.
8.5. Data is not transferred to third parties, except when necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., to couriers).
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation.
9.2. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.

10. Final Provisions
10.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
